Ordering and Shipping Information

Orders:

Please note - we make our products fresh every week. If your order is received prior to 5pm Sunday it will be custom manufactured on the Monday.

For our business customers we can ship in 20kg batches to maximise the freight costs, however smaller orders over 10kg can be shipped at a slightly increased rate to cover freight. Once you have placed your order, and we have accepted it, we are unable to refund it.

Shipping:

We take tremendous care to ensure your products arrive to you in premium condition. 

For business customers, your delivery will be fulfilled by Big Chill Distribution Ltd. Please note that Big Chill will only deliver to business addresses.

For residential customers, we will typically send your products to you chilled. We use cardboard boxes with a wool liner which are designed for the efficient transportation of chilled goods. They are also fully recyclable. We use New Zealand Post for our deliveries. Please include a contact number in case NZ Post need to contact you.

We can deliver to rural addresses, however please note this comes with additional risks. If you are prepared to accept these risks, and are able to manage these with your local NZ Post driver, then we will send them to you. 

 

PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY. Orders received by 5pm Sunday will be manufactured on the Monday of that week and typically sent on the Tuesday/Wednesday. Orders received after this deadline will be made and sent the following week.
